My hubby
These past couple months have really flown by. Having Jerrett home has really been such an amazing time and it seems to have literally been yesterday when we got home. Things in our house will never be the same. It has been quite an adjustment all the way around. TJ and I are trying to adjust to having Jerrett and not having as much time to ourselves and Jerrett is still trying to adjust to being a part of a real family. This post though is long over due... It is about my hubby, my best friend. Since bringing our little guy home, it has become even more apparent how awesome TJ is. Things in our house can get crazy. As much as we love Jerrett, he can be trying at times. He is trying to figure out his place in the family, push the limits, and explore his new environment. At the same time that he is trying to figure all of that out, he is a typical 3 year old boy and into everything. TJ is so great with this. He is really patient and loving. Jerrett runs to the door every day when TJ comes home from work. He asks about his daddy all day and once TJ is home then that is where he wants to be. Jerrett really looks up to his daddy and I am so glad that TJ is a man of God. He really is someone for Jerrett to look up to. TJ is so awesome about helping me around the house too. Even though I am a stay at home mom, TJ is more than willing to help out if he sees something that needs to be done. He and Jerrett clear the table every night after dinner and get the kitchen cleaned up so that I can relax for a few minutes. He gives Jerrett his bath every night and gets to spend that one on one time with him. I am just so thankful for my husband. After everything that we have been through and the things that we continue to go through, he is my rock. I know that no matter what, TJ is there for me and supports me in all that I do. We are a team and I cannot imagine a better person to have on my team. I just wanted to write it out here so that he can see how much I appreciate him. I tell him all the time but sometimes it means more to have it written down so that he can read it! Well, I love you TJ and I cannot wait to share the rest of my life with you. You are such a wonderful husband and daddy!
